• Clients who wish to cancel their event are kindly requested to provide us with a minimum of 90 days' notice. In the event of a cancellation within this timeframe, we are committed to working with you and will provide a partial deposit refund. Please note that cancellations made after 90 days will not be eligible for a partial deposit refund. We appreciate your understanding that planning can be unpredictable, and we aim to offer flexibility while also securing availability for our services.

2. Rescheduling:

• We understand that scheduling changes can occur, and we're here to help. Clients seeking to reschedule their event are encouraged to contact us at least 60 days in advance. We understand that flexibility is crucial, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.

3. Providing Alternative Dates:

• To facilitate a smooth rescheduling process, clients are asked to provide us with three alternative dates for their event. This helps us ensure that we can accommodate your rescheduled event. In the event that alternative dates are not feasible on our end, we will provide a deposit refund.
